Six easy steps to an online valuation

	Complete the 5 minute questionnaire about the specific details of the property.

	Optional: Attach your digital pictures and upload them to e-valuations.co.uk

	Complete an additional 5 minute questionnaire asking for more details about the property.
		a) Details about individual rooms b) Nearby amenities / attractions

	Confirm all of the information that you have provided to e–valuations.co.uk

	Choose your Valuation package and any required Upgrades, enter your billing address and credit card details into the secure order form
